We are securing 100,000 hectares (247,000 acres) of semi-arid land in southeastern Mexico for the development of a jatropha plantation.

Much of the land we will be using is currently unusable for traditional agriculture because of its rocky composition and moderate amounts of rainfall. Our crop is native to the region and grows well in this specific climate.
