David Aguayo
Founder, President and CEO of Energy Dynamics Solutions

Mr. Aguayo began his career in accounting. After working as a consultant for American Clean Coal Fuels, his interest grew in the alternative fuels industry. In 2006 he founded EDS Fuels. His initial concept was to build biodiesel refining capacity although after nearly a year of full time research and keeping a close pulse on the industry, he found that his ties to Mexico and knowledge of the industry would better serve him by creating and securing a feedstock not competitive with food crops. Mr. Aguayo founded EDS Fuels and is fluent in Spanish and English.
 

Stephen F. Johnson

Co-founder, Member of Board of Directors

Mr. Johnson has expertise in the synthetic fuels business development and financing.   After running a successful hedge fund for several years yielding investors over 300% return over the course of 3.5 years.  He founded American Clean Coal fuels, a project development company developing one of the nation's first coal and biomass to liquids synthetic fuels projects located in Illinois.

Dr. N. Samuel Saliba
Co-founder, Member of Board of Directors

Dr. Saliba has had a successful and extensive professional career in the chemical process industry with BASF AG, and SASOL Limited.  He has executive level experience directing worldwide operations, R&D, product application, manufacturing processes, strategic raw materials sourcing, and in marketing fuels, including coal to liquids.  He also holds a doctorate in Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Mineralogy. Masters of Science in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry from The University of Heidelberg.
