Jatropha Seed Oils

Jatropha derived bio oil will deliver true overall lifecycle greenhouse gas reductions.  Jatropha will absorb Carbon dioxide from the environment . 

By avoiding the nitrogen based fertilizers we will avoid the nitrous oxides emissions.

This project will used arid and semi arid lands and will not clear any lands of forest or jungle.   Jatropha features the ability grow in poor soils and grwos best in sandy well drained soils available in our target project area.

Seedcake By-product

The seedcake leftover from the seed pressing has proved effective as a commercial organic fertilizer.  This will be sold to agricultural groups in the region as fertilizer.  The seedcakes will also be used by EDS as fertilizer which will further reduce production costs in an environmentally friendly manner.   

Co-Crops

Intercropping will allow the production of foods in an area that is currently not being farmed, forested or part of a jungle.
